Off Road Use Only

All Products sold by Skyview Race Cars are for Off-Road Use Only. Any performance modifications and installations made are at the customer’s own risk. Skyview Race Cars hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance part. Items sold for off-road use only may be illegal for road use in some states or provinces and are in intended for off-road racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

By purchasing any of our products we manufacture or resell, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that Skyview Race Cars holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

The buyer acknowledges that Skyview Race Cars has made him or her aware that these products are intended for off road or racetrack use, only.  Skyview Race Cars is not responsible for accidents or injuries in association with our products.

Shipping

International shipping and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are available but must be manually processed, all on-line orders are for Continental US only. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and related customs fees.  If shipping internationally you must provide a brokerage name and number.  If paying by credit card, the purchase must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card and cannot be shipped to a PO Box.  Lastly, all shipments over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

For all orders requiring Truck Freight, shipping fee will be billed and must be paid prior to shipping. Freight Shipments must be to a commercial address unless other accommodations are setup as residential shipments are more expensive and require additional considerations such as lift gate delivery. When your parts are ready to ship, we will call with invoice for shipping and collect payment.

All claims for damages, shortage or loss must be made immediately with the carrier (i.e., UPS, Fed EX or Freight Company). Unfortunately, we cannot make these freight claims for you.  You must note any damages to a package upon receipt of the shipment with the carrier.

Modification Warning

Modification of your cars engine, chassis or driveline to enhance performance with the parts purchased from Skyview Race Cars may create a dangerous condition which could cause serious bodily injury and the customer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such modification.

Warranty Disclaimer

Skyview Race Cars disclaims any warranty express or implied with respect to the parts sold hereby whether as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or any other matter.

All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable. All claims for shortages must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. Any returns must be within 30 days of ship date and be approved by Skyview Race Cars. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fabricated components are non-returnable.

Returns

Skyview Race Cars accepts returns for parts that are in new condition, unused and unmarked in their original packaging within a 30-day period. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to for return of acceptable parts. Return shipment fees are the customers responsibility. Skyview Race Cars will only refund the original purchase price which was paid less the restocking fee and shipping costs.
